loss to your goods from events beyond our control, and most homeowners policies do not provide adequate coverage for goods
stored away from your residence. You should check with your insurance carrier in regards to coverage. For those reasons we offer
you SafeStor, self storage insurance, a low-cost coverage package designed specifically for your goods while stored in a U-Haul storage facility. Ask your

SafeStor, self storage insurance, covers you in case of loss or damage to your stored goods from fire, hurricane, tornado, wind,
earthquake, vandalism, lightning, smoke, hail, building collapse, explosion, leaking water and burglary.
Burglary coverage is limited to 50% of the coverage amount. Also, there must be visible signs of forced entry and
a police report must be filed. Furthermore, there is no coverage for loss causing by or resulting from war, flood
(or surface water), vermin, or climatic conditions like rust or mildew.
What's not covered
Items not covered are as follows: financial records, currency, deeds, securities, stamps, jewelry, watches,
precious stones, furs or garments trimmed with fur, works of art or antiques, motorized vehicles of any type,
whether licensed for road use or not, such as motor scooters, ATVs, or motorcycles.
